Terms & Conditions :
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit (50 % of the stay), residual amount at arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer (in France and Germany), cash or by cheque (french cheques only). For additional guests we charge: children below 3 years of age free, 3-12 years of age 20 € per night, over 12 years of age 30 € per night. For a stay of one night only, we add 30 € to the bill.

Cancellation :
Should be no later than 21 days prior to arrival.
If less, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be due. In case of an earlier departure during your stay, no refund can be given.
